Western Tropical:
Pisces is 3rd of 3 signs that make up the triplicity of the Water Element. The elements describes the sign's temperament (a prevailing or dominant quality of mind that characterizes somebody).
Pisces feels things very deeply. They are very sensitive and emotional influenced easily by the environment. They are responsive to this though causing them to be very intuitive and provide great powers of emotional and moral support. However if their gifts are used in a negative way or if they are rubbed the wrong way they can become self-indulgent, self-pitying, and indecisive.
Pisces is 4th of 4 signs that make up the quadruplicity of the Mutable Quality (mode of operating in life).
They are always changing. They are versatile, and adaptable. Their flexibility combined with their intuitiveness create ingenious things and ideas. They work subtly and sympathetically.
The book has not indicated that I should interpret anything yet. However I do feel it would be good practice to try to combine these basics to understand the sign more fully.
Pisces feels things very deeply. They are very intuitive and they use this intuition to guide them in and changes that need to be made. They are very responsive adapting what they must. Their intuition combined with their versatility causes ideas that are ingenious. They are very sensitive to the environment around them causing them to utilize their flexibility. In subtle and sympathetic ways they offer great powers of emotional and moral support to everything they come into contact with.
