I found out there are actually quite a few William Cook children that were born in Ohio in 1868 of those, quite a few were born in Feb. I don't think the birth document I originally accepted is my William H Cook.  I had done specific research putting the blinders on to all data accepted by other members and went solely off of what I know from his facts.  I found more info to share with you that changes quite a bit.  I even found a marriage record for William and Ella in Maryland and one in Ohio (they are not the same William Cook) so please ignore Ella's info on the pages until I get a chance to research her further.

Same county as marriage happened.  Family lore say his parents died when William was very young, so he could be living with his brother-in-law.  3rd hand info from online family page source.Let's look at the image and see who the head of the house was.  John Hill was head of the house, with his wife looks like it says Isibell 28.  So Isibell must be William's sister, huh?  So in 1870 she would have been 18 and probably already married. Her oldest child listed on this census is 4 though so she could have still been at home.
